FACEBOOK destroying relationships.

According to the article by Jenna Wortham, Facebook is literally made a relationship to the opposite of closer. I do agree with her since it is true even it’s not that obvious. In this college, everybody that I know have Facebook or had once before but then, in the long run, my friend starting to not using it since it makes us drift apart from each other in our “real life” day by day. This virtual-life making us, eventually, feels awkward with each other because we spent a little too much time on Facebook. I am lying if I said that I don’t own a Facebook because Facebook actually was my life is all about before for about a years. It is really addictive which often kills my valuable that I supposed to spend with my family and other people. At that time, I did not know that Facebook have this one major disadvantages which is it addiction that will causes many problem later on. Fortunately, I was brought back to reality by my best friend. What I’m trying to say here that, I’m agree with this article because I already am the prove that I needed.
Even though I notice what “Facebook” done to people all over the world, unfortunately, some still live the life with the existence of Facebook as their priority without knowing that Facebook are figuratively ruining their real life. I’m not saying that Facebook is all bad. It will be a good thing for it users if they know how to use it the proper way but most people did not know how. That is why Facebook is bad especially for students. So, for me, I am totally agree with the author of the article, Jenna Wortham which is Joining Facebook isn’t cool but quitting Facebook is.

People can, will and tend to change.

After I read the article about Steve Jobs, I totally believe that most people will change because of money. When people become richer and well known, they will change. The ways they treat people around them will not going to stay the same as before they are rich. Frankly speaking, before I read the article, I really know nothing about Steve Jobs. All I know is that, he is the man who creates technology. So, of course I like him since he contributes so much for the world but the article make me change my mind. Now, what I think about him not more than any ordinary man. Yes, he is the man of technology, yes, he brings good changes to the world and yes, he did not deserve the title as the ordinary man but I won’t change my mind. The way he treated people around him is the only reason I need. It is enough to make him as just an “ordinary man”. People who treat other people like they did not matter is normal in nowadays environment but when a person, he/she, treated other people like they did not matter because he/she becoming more successful and richer are so not acceptable.
This article just proven to me that money can make people change unexpectedly. It makes me think to myself that, in the future, I cannot be like Steve Jobs. I need to balance of my personal and professional life. It is because, like Steve Jobs, even he is standing at the top in his professional life but he failed to do the same with his personal life which supposed to be the most important part of people life and because of that, it make him a little bit of a failure in his own life.

Lets start thinking critically !!
