I really like to think, so, I must be a thinker and be a thinker is a good thing but that is what I thought. After I read the article thinking folly, I was quite shock to know that actually being a thinker is not a good thing. Being a thinker make you less creative and hard to come up with interesting new ideas. In short, if you a person that think a lot and think all the time, your mind will become weaker and weaker each day. In that article, it wrote that, we are not the one that controls our mind but actually our mind controlled us. People who can stop thinking are actually better than someone who cannot stop thinking. Once we can control our mind, our live will get better and we can come up with greater ideas.
As normal human being, we started thinking as we woke up early in the morning and we kept thinking until we go back to sleep. Even second before we actually sleep, we are still thinking. Thinking had become a disease with no cure and not many people knew about the phenomenon.
So, stop thinking! But I wonder how we can stop thinking. I really wish I knew because starting from the point I open my eyes, I start to think. First question that came to my kind is, “where is my phone?” or “what time is it now?” or who turn the light on??”. I officially start my day with thinking. So, I really hope to know the way of stop thinking because for once, I want to become the master of my mind and not the other way around. Now, I really miss being a kid, where you do things more than you think.
